| 摘 要： | 脂肪肝的定义是由于各种原因使脂肪在肝内堆积超过5%,很多原因均可引起脂肪肝。非酒精性脂肪性肝病是脂肪肝的一种,近年来其发病率逐渐增加。由于其起病隐匿、症状不明显,其诊断主要依靠肝功能检测及肝脏影像学检查来诊断。本文将就其所致肝功能异常的生化学特点加以论述,来帮助提高临床上非酒精性脂肪性肝病诊断率。

| Abstract: | Fatty liver is defined as an excess accumulation of fat and weight in the liver, usually exceeding 5 percent of the total liver weight. It could be a consequence of many disorders. Nonalcoholic fatty liver is one of fatty liver. Clinically its incidence is increasing gradually. The diagnosis of it is based on liver function tests and liver imaging. The characters of liver function disorder in nonalcoholic fatty liver will be discusion. |
