| Abstract: | During the 30 years of reform and opening policy,the basic value orientation of socialistic development is gradually crystalizing with the establishment of people-oriented value.This value objective is based on the development of productivity and aims at the free and all-around development of human being.It is a historic leap insofar as the understanding of the fundamental value of socialistic development is concerned. |
