中国家庭功能量表的编制及信度效度研究

目的:发展我国家庭功能的本土化研究工具,编制并检验家庭功能量表。方法:被试年龄不小于12岁,预试样本215个,来源于南京市某中学学生、及东南大学附属中大医院心理精神科就诊的患者;正式样本395个,来源于南京某高校新生、某中学学生、以及东南大学附属中大医院心理精神科就诊的患者。结果:家庭功能量表包括18个条目,分为亲密性、适应性、控制性和成长性四个维度,可解释总体方差的59.08%。各维度内部一致性系数在0.59~0.82之间;验证性因素分析表明量表模型拟合较好(χ^2=328.53,df=129,χ^2/df=2.547,CFI=0.911,GFI=0.913,RMSEA=0.063);各维度间的相关系数为0.33≤r≤0.55,低于与量表总分的相关系数,表明量表结构效度尚好。结论:家庭功能量表具有较好信效度,可以作为评估我国家庭功能的有效工具。

Preparation of the Chinese Family Function Scale and Reliability and Validity Study

Objective:The aim of the study is to develop the localization research tool of family function in China,and to compile and test the family function scale.Methods:The subjects were over 12 years old.The 215 pre-test samples were recruited from a middle school in Nanjing and the Department of Psychology and Psychiatry of the Zhongda Hospital affiliated to Southeast University;395 formal samples were freshmen of a university in Nanjing,students of a middle school,and patients that had consulted at the Department of Psychology and Psychiatry of the Zhongda Hospital affiliated to Southeast University.Results:The family function scale included 18 items,which were divided into four dimensions:intimacy,adaptability,control and growth,which can explain 59.08%of the population variance.The internal consistency of each dimension was between 0.59-0.82.The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fitting of the scale was good(χ^2=328.53,df=129,χ^2/df=2.547,CFI=0.911,GFI=0.913,RMSEA=0.063).The correlated coefficients between the four dimensions ranged from 0.33-0.55,which were lower than the correlation coefficients of each dimension with the total score of the scale,and showed high construct validity of the scale.Conclusion:The family function scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used as an effective tool to evaluate family function in China.
