论医患之间的信任

近几年来,在我国发生了患者或其家属殴打及杀害医务人员的恶性事件,造成这一暴力现象有众多的因素,其中医患之间信任机制的缺失是重要的原因之一。改善医患关系,首先,需要增强医生的责任意识和职业精神;其次,在医院内部建立一套诚信约束机制与医患沟通机制;再次,亟待提高医务人员的人文素养;最后,在医院中开展医务社会工作有利于密切医患关系。

The Trust between Patients and Doctors

Tension is rising between doctors and patients. It leads to a number of medical violence events. One of important reasons is lack of trust between doctors and patients. In order to improve the doctor-patient relationship, some measures should be adopted: responsibility consciousness and professional sprits of medical staffs should be strengthened, an honored mechanism and doctor-patient communication mechanism should be established in the hospital.It is urgent to improve a humanistic accomplishment of doctors, and to develop medical social work in the hospital.
