| Abstract: | A counsellor occupies a potentially facilitative role in an organisation. Ways in which the counsellor can facilitate the development both of individuals and of the organisation of which they are members are discussed and are related to organisational transitional change and fantasy life. Possible interventions with individuals, groups and the organisation are outlined with the accent on development. |
