| 摘 要： | 如何遵循指南，结合冠心痛患者实际情况和具体病变，恰如其分地为患者实施经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI），使获益最大化，而风险最低化，是每一位心血管介入医生的追求和面临的问题。应正确和严格选择冠心病患者PCI适应证，合理运用PCI的各种手段，牢固树立冠心病全面治疗观念。PCI仅仅是冠心病全面治疗的一个组成部分，必要的介入、外科治疗和合理药物治疗的联合应用，是心血管疾病治疗的发展方向。

| Abstract: | It is every cardiovascular doctor＇s pursuit and the problems faced to follow guidelines for the implementation of appropriately percutaneous coronary intervention （ PCI）, so that to maximize the benefit, while the lowest risk in patients with coronary heart disease in the actual situation and specific diseases. Should be the correct choice and strict indications for coronary heart disease in patients with PCI, PCI-rational use of various means and firmly establish the concept of comprehensive treatment of coronary heart disease. PCI is the only one of the comprehensive treatment of coronary heart disease and as an integral part of and, if necessary, the combination of intervention, surgical treatment and rational drug therapy, which is the development of cardiovascular disease treatments. |
