| Abstract: | neural stem cells (NSCs)with the ability to self-renew over the lifetime of the organism , can generate a large number of clonally related progeny that can differentiate into various kinds cells of the central nervous system , which give a new hope for curing some neural system diseases. The animal model is a basic method in the medical research. Application of animal models in NSCs research is presented as follows . |
