L'impact des conditions de choix d'un emploi sur l'insertion professionnelle de publics « précaires » : une application de la théorie de l'engagement

Abstract:The study presented in this paper investigate the role of job ads offered to a job seeker and its later upholding for the job chosen by the job seeker. Two results were founded. Firstly, according to the commitment theory, the employment upholding is positively correlated with the number of job ads offered to the job seeker. Secondly, the results indicate, however, that beyond a certain threshold, the number of job ads offered seems to have a negative effect on the beginning of the work contract.
