Dynamic Magnetic Resonance Imaging in the Diagnosis of Early Breast Cancer Research

To evaluate dynamic contrast--enhanced magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） in early breast cancer diagnosis, 83 cases were randomly selected from October 2008 to June 2011 in our hospital examined by B--ultrasonic or B--ultrasonic combining mammography--negative young women implement breast MRI. Patients with suspicious nodules in MRI applied surgical biopsy and pathological diagnosis to evaluate the accuracy of MR/in the diagnosis of early breast cancer and clinical application. Among the 83 eases of young women, lesions were found in 7 patients （8.4% ） precancerous changes in 4 cases （4.8%） , carcinoma in 3 cases （3.6%）, of which only B--ultrasonic examination of 58 cases, MRI found in 1 case DCIS, 1 case mucinous carcinoma, 2 cases of severe atypical hyperplasia; B--ultrasonic and mammography--negative 25 cases of female breast MRI examination, we found one case of DCIS and two cases of severe atypical hyperplasia. Three cases of breast cancer surgery in 2 cases Mediator, modified radical mastectomy in 1 case, 4 cases of atypical hyperplasia underwent lobe resection. The B--ultrasonic and mammography or both joint inspection negative young women implement breast MRI, can significantly improve early breast cancer detection rate, thus contributing to improve breast--conserving rate.
