| 摘 要： | 卒中单元是脑血管病管理的新模式，是目前脑血管病临床治疗最为有效的方法。研究证明：卒中单元能有效地降低急性卒中患者的病死率，减少并发症，提高卒中后生活质量，缩短住院时间。而我国脑血管病的主要医疗模式是以药物为主的治疗方式，建立有中国特色的卒中单元是目前脑血管病临床实践的当务之急。 |

| Abstract: | Stroke unit is a new Management Pattern of the cerebral disease, and is the most effective clinical treatment of cerebrovascular disease. Many studies has demonstrated that stroke unit could effectively reduce mortality rate, decrease complication, increase life quality, and shorten inpatient time for the patients with acute stroke. The main medical modelin China is the drug--based treatment, the establishment of the stroke unit with Chinese characteristics is the most urgent task of cerebrovascular disease in clinical practice. |
