| Abstract: | In American medical activities, informed consent is an ethical principle of regulating doctor-patient relationship; meanwhile, judicial adoption of the doctrine of informed consent has developed some legal standards for informed consent and shaped the boundaries of the duty of disclosure, most of which are involved in introduction and discussion of three leading cases. |
