| Abstract: | This is to compare the influence in hemodynamic changes and the complications between intravenous anesthesias with Supreme IrMA or Tracheal intubation in lateral-position urology surgery. Totally 60 patients randomly allocated into two groups： AIP-LMA and B）intubation groups. Vital signs including mean blood pressure, heart rate and SP（）2 were re corded before anesthesia and 1 minute, 5 minute after inserting Supreme LMA and intubation and pulling out of the tube or Supreme LMA,the incidence of the complications were also recorded. The hemodynamic performance of P LMA group changed slightly than the intubation group. Less complication were found in P-LMA group. Compare to intubation tube, the Supreme IrMA is applicable for lateral--position urological surgery, with small stress response and less complication. |
