伊斯兰教传入中国后,有一种历史现象,即很长一个时期没有汉文译著。至明末开始出现汉文译著,清代逐渐增多。汉文译著大大充实丰富了中国伊斯兰文化的内容,是中国伊斯兰文化极重要的部分。伊斯兰教汉文译著也是中国古典文献的一部分,在中国古典文献中应占一定地位。但是,清代官私所修各种书目中,很少著录伊斯兰教汉文译著。直至今日。

<正>一明末清初，中国穆斯林从编译波斯苏非哲学作品起步，开创了中国伊斯兰汉文译著这一新文学种类。对于明清时期中国伊斯兰汉文译著，通常将其体裁归为散文。因此，在对该类文献的研究中，学者多重视对散文部分的史料收集和义理阐释，及对穆斯林作者哲学思想的探讨，鲜有对诗歌体裁及其内容的关注和讨论。事实上，在明清中文伊斯兰文献中蕴藏着大量诗歌体裁作品。例如，在舍起灵译作《昭元秘诀》和《推原正逵》中，每部所载诗歌均多达百余首。其他的伊斯兰汉文译著，

明清时代汉文译著与回族穆斯林宗教法律文化的传布

伊斯兰教具有宗教、法律、伦理三位一体的特点,伊斯兰教法不仅约束着穆斯林的内心世界,也约束这他们的外部行为。伊斯兰教法包括宗教功课、民事法律和刑事法律三方面内容,随着伊斯兰教在中国的传播,开始了伊斯兰教法律文化同中国传统法律文化之间的冲突与融合的过程,这一过程也是伊斯兰教中国化的必经之路,明清时代回族学者汉文译著对这一过程产生了较大影响。本文依据文献资料研究了汉文译著活动与教法的传布诸问题,试图从一个方面揭示伊斯兰教中国化的历程。

伊斯兰汉文译著与伊儒会通实践实证研究——以西道堂为例

明清时期以刘智为代表的穆斯林知识分子通过汉文译著活动推动了伊儒会通的深度和广度,对我国伊斯兰教中国化之路产生了深远影响。清末民初,秀才出身的马启西通过研习汉文伊斯兰译著,深入开展伊儒会通实践,并将之作为一种重要的传统在他创立的西道堂中继承和弘扬。本文结合定性和量化研究方法对此进行实证考察,深入分析二者之间的互动关系和产生的时代价值。

From the fixity of the past to the fixity of the independent

There is an old but powerful argument for the claim that exhaustive divine foreknowledge is incompatible with the freedom to do otherwise. A crucial ingredient in this argument is the principle of the “Fixity of the Past” (FP). A seemingly new response to this argument has emerged, the so-called “dependence response,” which involves, among other things, abandoning FP for an alternative principle, the principle of the “Fixity of the Independent” (FI). This paper presents three arguments for the claim that FI ought to be preferred to FP.

     

On the interaction of the subject and the experiment in the matching model

Two types of matching designs, static and dynamic, are differentiated. While all matching designs are logically the same in terms of the probability model which determines chance level of performance, an attempt is made to demonstrate that there is an interaction between the tactics, strategies, and actual knowledge ofS and the type of design used which will, in turn, lead to different results even whenS's knowledge is held constant. In the beginning was the doing: the premises of the practical syllogism

If practical reasoning deserves its name, its form must be different from that of ordinary (theoretical) reasoning. A few have thought that the conclusion of practical reasoning is an action, rather than a mental state. I argue here that if the conclusion is an action, then so too is one of the premises. You might reason your way from doing one thing to doing another: from browsing journal abstracts to reading a particular journal article. I motivate this by sympathetically re-examining Hume's claim that a conclusion about what ought to be done follows only from an argument one of whose premises is likewise about what ought to be done.

从 1 9世纪开始的大规模城市化进程是和工业化、商品化、市场化密不可分的。它带来了社会人际关系的变化和道德嬗变。它使业缘道德取代血缘道德成为社会道德的中心 ,并通过交换行为和交换价值促进道德发展和更新 ,还进一步确立了竭诚服务的社会理念。城市化是人类社会的进步 ,是现代社会文明。
