采用自行研制的工作伦理问卷, 通过对全国8个城市955名员工、6所高校508名在校大学生以及两大军区461名现役军人进行问卷调查, 对企业员工工作伦理的因素结构进行了探讨。探索性因素分析(n=478)表明, 企业员工工作伦理由职业操守、工作意义、勤奋奉献、积极进取和人际和谐5个维度构成。验证性因素分析(n=477)结果表明五因素模型是比较理想的模型。复核效化检验结果表明, 基于企业员工样本得到的工作伦理五因素结构在大学生样本(n=508)和军人样本(n=461)中具有一定程度的稳定性与预测力。文章最后对企业员工工作伦理维度的构成和内容进行了分析讨论。  相似文献

该研究在文献理论分析、招聘广告词频分析、专家反馈、焦点团队访谈和半开放式问卷调查的基础上,编制了高校毕业生可雇佣能力问卷,并对已签订就业协议的930名高校毕业生进行了施测。探索性和验证性因素分析结果表明高校毕业生可雇佣能力是一个多层次多维度的结构,主要包括15个基本因素,分别归属于5个二阶维度和一个三阶维度,量表的信、效度指标均达到心理测量学要求。  相似文献

通过对1017名大学毕业生的问卷调查,探讨大学生就业能力的结构及其对就业结果的影响。结构方程模型验证了Fugate,Kinicki和Ashforth(2004)提出的就业能力结构理论:就业能力由适应性、职业认同、人力资本和社会资本组成。就业能力与就业结果各因素之间有显著的正相关。学校类别,职业认同、人力资本对大学毕业生所获得的录用通知数量有显著的预测作用;学校类别,人力资本对大学生毕业后的起步工资有显著的预测作用;人力资本、职业认同、适应性对大学毕业生对所签约工作的满意度有显著的预测作用;适应性对入职半年后的工作适应有显著的预测作用。  相似文献

该研究以某985高校550名硕士毕业生为样本,编制、修订了相关问卷或量表,通过数据分析探讨了就业压力源对就业过程产生的负性情绪的直接效应及人格、情绪调解策略等中介变量的效应。结果发现,就业压力源、神经质性对负性情绪有显著直接效应,就业压力源通过人格的神经质性维度对负性情绪产生显著间接效应;神经质性的影响程度大于就业压力源的影响程度。关于负性情绪,未发现情绪调节策略对其有显著的直接效应或中介效应。  相似文献

文献中关于大学生可就业能力与就业绩效的关系存在争议, 本研究认为需要根据不同的就业绩效和具体的调节变量来深入分析二者之间的关系。研究1, 基于预备性研究, 来自全国不同地区10所大学1190份问卷的因素分析结果表明, 我国大学生可就业能力包括8个因素:职业认同、乐观开朗、人际关系、团队合作、学习能力、问题解决、社会支持、网络差异; 问卷具有良好的信效度。研究2, 采用他评、前后间隔2周的问卷调查方法, 获得不同地区高校530份有效匹配问卷, 层次回归分析结果表明, 大学生可就业能力与主观就业绩效呈显著正相关的线性关系, 但与录用通知书(客观就业绩效)呈显著的倒U型关系; 职业探索在可就业能力与录用通知书的倒U型关系中起调节作用:在职业探索高水平下二者呈倒U型关系, 而在职业探索低水平下二者没有显著关系; 生源地在可就业能力与主观就业绩效、录用通知书的关系中起显著的调节作用:农村大学生可就业能力与主观就业绩效呈显著正相关, 而城市大学生二者相关不显著; 城市大学生可就业能力与录用通知书呈显著的倒U型关系, 而农村大学生二者关系不显著。这为未来探究可就业能力的价值实现机制有重要启发。  相似文献

就业能力是反映高校办学效益、大学生竞争力、社会市场对高校评价及其毕业生择取标准的重要依据。通过在营销专业连续3个年级的《销售管理》课程中开展角色定位型教学,并进行跟踪调查,结果显示,这种教学方式有助于培养营销学生的就业能力和未来工作能力,包括沟通能力和团结协作能力,实践能力,专业能力、基本技能以及综合能力等。  相似文献

目的:探讨如何提高毕业生的主观幸福感。方法:采用大学生毕业班就业压力问卷、成人心理弹性量表、总体幸福感量表对207名河南师范大学、河南理工大学的大四毕业生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)毕业生就业压力与心理弹性、主观幸福感存在显著负相关;心理弹性与主观幸福感存在显著正相关。(2)毕业生就业压力、心理弹性对主观幸福感有很好的预测作用(3)心理弹性是毕业生就业压力与主观幸福感的中介变量,存在部分中介作用。  相似文献

通过对251名大学生的问卷调查,探讨了心理资本对大学生就业能力的影响.研究表明,年级、家庭所在地以及家庭所在地与是否为独生子女的交互作用对心理资本有显著影响;年级与是否为独生子女的交互作用影响大学生就业能力.另外,心理资本中的自我效能感、韧性和乐观三个维度对就业能力有积极影响.研究认为,大学生本人和高校可采取多种措施,通过培养和提升心理资本来提高大学生就业能力.  相似文献

研究通过文献综述、开放式调查、专家咨询和样本预测的统计分析等提出了大学生职业成熟度的理论构想,以此为基础自编了大学生职业成熟度问卷,并对正式问卷调查结果进行了探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,结果表明:大学生职业成熟度主要包括职业知识和职业态度两个维度;研究所构建的大学生职业成熟度理论结构比较合理,编制的大学生职业成熟度问卷是一个具有较好信度和效度的测量工具,可以为进一步研究提供依据与基础。  相似文献

The specific goals of the present research were twofold: i) to test the structure validity, and internal reliability of scores from the Psychological Flourishing Scale (PFS) with Egyptian college students; and ii) to test the PFS’s temporal stability and convergent validity properties. Two samples of Egyptian college students completed the PFS (n = 374; n = 173) to address the two research aims in two studies. The students also completed the Mental Health Continuum-Short Form (MHC-SF) and the Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS) for determining the concurrent validity of scores. In the first study, the internal consistency was evaluated. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) were performed. In the second, the temporal stability and convergent validity were tested. The Arabic version of PFS showed a high internal reliability, structure, and convergent validity, and moderate temporal stability.  相似文献

鉴于免费师范生的特殊性,有必要对其教师职业认同进行科学研究。本研究在前期调研与访谈的基础上,对北京某高校284名免费师范生进行问卷测试,编制了《免费师范生教师职业认同量表》,并重新选取168名免费师范生施测,采用验证性因素分析技术对量表进行结构检验。研究结果表明:(1)免费师范生的教师职业认同感包括内在价值认同、外在价值认同、意志行为认同三个维度;(2)免费师范生教师职业认同量表具有良好的信、效度。  相似文献

The aim of the present study was to investigate the psychometric properties of the Padua Inventory in Chinese college samples. Three different samples (N1 = 1,939, N2 = 1,341, and N3 = 298) of Chinese college students were recruited. Exploratory factor analyses yielded a four-factor structure which was similar to that found in previous studies. Further, present results showed good internal consistency as well as convergent and divergent validity with the subscales of the Symptom Checklist-90 and the Penn State Worry Questionnaire. Although no sex difference was found on total score, women had significantly higher scores on Factor 2 (Urges and worries of losing control over motor behaviors) and Factor 4 (Checking), while men had significantly higher scores on Factor 3 (Contamination). The structure of skill at decoding nonverbal cues was examined for 150 high school students and 95 college students. An overall principal components analysis yielded four factors differing in the complexity of the message (pure versus mixed) and in the relative importance of the video versus the audio modality. Factor 1 (pure video) was defined by accuracy at face and body cues of ordinary (2 second) and very brief exposure length. Factor 2 (mixed video) was defined by accuracy at face and body cues with a "noisy" background. Factor 3 (mixed audio) was defined by accuracy at decoding discrepant cues and "noisy" audio cues. Factor 4 (ure audio) was defined by accuracy at pure tone of voice cues. The overall evidence suggested that despite a nontrivial degree of relationship among all measures of skill at decoding nonverbal cues (Armor's Theta = .62), it would increase our theoretical and empirical precision to conceptualize nonverbal decoding ability as made up of several relatively unrelated subskills.  相似文献

Two parallel studies explore whether status-positions may be character- ized by certain general behaviors and personality traits. Fifty-two status- positions, including selected ethnic, occupational, age, sex, and familial categories, were ranked and rated on twenty-eight personality and behavioral characteristics by substantial samples of college students. Analysis of these data indicated that some behavioral characteristics and personality traits are consistently attributed to particular status-positions independently of method (rating or ranking), with little or no effects attributable to the five orders of presentation used. Factor analysis of the status-positions yielded five factors for both the ratings and the rankings, four of which were interpretable and scored: Likeability, Defiance, Responsibility, and Emotionality. The factor structure found was related to previous research on characteristics of persons. Profiles of the status-positions using mean scores based on these four factors plus assertiveness were presented.  相似文献

Traditional research on gender stereotypes emphasized similarities among males in that all men were expected to exhibit stereotypic characteristics. Recent research described subcategories (family man, businessman, macho male) suggesting important differences among men. This study investigated college student expectations of similarities and differences among stereotypic male subcategories across five role characteristics: financial provider responsibilities, instrumental tendencies, assertiveness, familial responsibilities, and interpersonal tendencies. The white, middle-class students expected all men to take financial provider and familial responsibilities seriously, and to be assertive. As for differences, the family man and man in general were expected to be interpersonal, and the family man, businessman, and man in general were expected to be more instrumental than the macho male. This study examined the second-order factor structure of Siller's (1969) Disability Factor Scale--General. Factor analysis of the seven attitudinal factors toward disabled individuals, based on the responses of 200 college students, yielded two major second-order factors. These two second-order factors of Net Affect and Authoritarian Virtuousness are further discussed in light of their intrafactor and interfactor relationships.  相似文献

从实证的角度探讨元认知三要素假设的合理性。以元认知知识、元认知体验、元认知技能三者为基本维度,编制一份元认知问卷;施测元认知问卷,利用LISREL8.02对数据进行验证性因素分析,检验三维度假设与数据之间的拟合程度。结果表明,三维度假设与数据间有较好的拟合,且三维度假设比两维度假设与数据间的拟合更佳,从而为元认知三要素假设提供了实证支持。  相似文献

本研究采用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析技术对大学生孤独感结构进行研究,尝试建立一个本土化的大学生孤独感结构模型。探索性因素分析抽取出四个维度:社会孤独感、人际孤独感、自我孤独感、发展孤独感,可解释总体变异的51.141%,验证性因素分析表明这是一个比较理想的因素结构。问卷的内部一致性系数为0.912,重测信度为0.863。构想效度也达到了心理测量学的要求。  相似文献
