藏族大学生的民族认同   总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12  
个体从自己的母体文化进入陌生的异文化后,一方面面临着民族认同的困境,另一方面面临着文化适应的考验,同时还面临着心理疏离感的困扰。本研究以285名藏族大学生为被试,研究了藏族大学生的民族认同。研究结果表明:(1)藏族大学生的民族认同主要包括消极的民族认同、积极的民族认同和主流文化认同等三方面。民族认同的不同方面其影响因素互有差异,但总体而言,汉族朋友的数量、父母的民族身份、学习汉语的时间以及汉族的接受性等可以预测藏族大学生的民族认同。(2)民族认同的不同成分与不同的文化适应策略之间存在着广泛的正相关或负相关。(3)消极的民族认同与失范感、社会孤立感和文化分离感之间存在着显著的正相关,而同自我分离感之间相关并不显著;而主流文化认同和积极的民族认同与失范感、社会孤立感、文化分离感、自我分离感之间的相关都不显著。  相似文献

为考察双文化认同整合、文化适应压力在文化智力与主观幸福感关系中的链式中介作用。采用文化智力量表、双文化认同整合量表、文化适应压力量表和幸福感指数量表对799名少数民族预科生进行调查。研究显示:(1)双文化认同整合是文化智力与少数民族预科生主观幸福感之间的中介变量;(2)文化适应压力是双文化认同整合与少数民族预科生主观幸福感之间的中介变量。因此,双文化认同整合和文化适应压力在文化智力与少数民族预科生主观幸福感之间起链式中介作用,这表明双文化认同整合和文化适应压力是影响文化智力与少数民族预科生主观幸福感之间关系的重要内因,研究结论对提高少数民族预科生主观幸福感具有重要的价值。  相似文献

为考察大学生民族文化认同与职业成熟度的关系及其内在心理机制,本研究采用多民族青少年文化认同问卷、大学生生涯自我效能感量表和大学生职业成熟度量表对4292名在校大学生进行测查,结果发现:(1)大学生的主流文化认同、民族文化认同、生涯自我效能感和职业成熟度之间具有明显的正相关;(2)主流文化认同--生涯自我效能感在民族文化认同与职业成熟度之间起链式中介作用;(3)生涯自我效能感中介民族文化认同与职业成熟度的关系在男生样本中不显著而在女生样本中显著;主流文化认同、生涯自我效能感分别单独中介民族文化认同与职业成熟度的关系在汉族大学生样本中为部分中介,而在少数民族大学生样本中为完全中介。  相似文献

采用分层整群抽样的方法从北京四所不同类型大学选取1023名大一至大四的学生进行问卷调查,以探讨大学生感知到的父母冲突对其宿舍冲突方式的影响,以及大学生的自我分化在其中的中介作用。通过SPSS19.0和AMOS 17.0软件进行方差分析、相关分析和结构方程模型分析,结果表明:(1)总体来说,大学生最常见的宿舍冲突方式是合作,其次是顺从、回避,最少见的是竞争,而且男生采用竞争宿舍冲突方式的频率显著高于女生;(2)大学生感知到的父母冲突与其自我分化水平呈显著负相关,与消极的宿舍冲突方式(顺从、回避和竞争)呈显著正相关,但与积极的宿舍冲突方式(合作)相关不显著;(3)大学生自我分化水平与消极的宿舍冲突方式(顺从、回避和竞争)呈显著负相关,但只有其中两个维度(情绪反应和自我位置)与积极的宿舍冲突方式(合作)呈显著正相关;(4)大学生的自我分化在父母冲突与消极宿舍冲突方式的关系中起中介作用,并且中介模式存在性别差异:自我分化在父母冲突与女生消极宿舍冲突的关系中起完全中介作用,但在父母冲突与男生消极宿舍冲突的关系中起部分中介作用。  相似文献

为探讨问题性社交媒介使用与主观幸福感的关系及其内在作用机制,以1073名大学生为被试,采用问卷法对其问题性社交媒介使用、技术冲突、疲惫感及主观幸福感进行调查。结果发现:(1)问题性社交媒介使用、技术冲突、疲惫感两两之间均呈显著正相关,三者与主观幸福感均呈显著负相关;(2)问题性社交媒介使用能够显著负向预测主观幸福感;(3)技术冲突和疲惫感分别在问题性社交媒介使用与主观幸福感的关系中起单独中介作用,并且问题性社交媒介使用还能通过技术冲突-疲惫感的链式中介作用影响大学生的主观幸福感。研究结果有助于揭示问题性社交媒介使用影响大学生主观幸福感的内在机制,对引导大学生合理使用社交媒介、对其进行心理社会适应服务具有一定的启示意义。  相似文献

目的:探讨大学生心理控制源和自我效能感与抑郁倾向的关系,并检验自我效能感在心理控制源对抑郁倾向关系上的中介效应。方法:随机选取350名大学生接受内控性、有势力的他人及机遇量表、一般自我效能量表和自评抑郁量表测量。结果:(1)相关分析表明,抑郁与心理控制源中的内控性呈显著负相关,与机遇和有势力的他人呈显著正相关,与自我效能感呈显著负相关。内控性和自我效能感存在显著正相关。心理控制源中的内控性和机遇、自我效能感能够显著预测抑郁倾向。(2)中介效应检验表明,自我效能感在内控性对抑郁倾向的作用中起完全中介作用。自我效能感和机遇各自可以独立预测抑郁倾向。结论:自我效能感是内控性预测抑郁倾向的完全中介因素,自我效能感是机遇预测抑郁倾向的部分中介因素。  相似文献

目的:探讨大学生的乐观人格、自我和谐与心理控制源的关系。方法:采用生活取向量表修订版(LOT-R)、自我和谐问卷和心理控制源量表对286名大学生进行调查。结果:大学生的乐观人格与自我和谐之间存在显著的正相关;大学生的乐观人格和自我和谐与心理控制源各因子之间呈显著相关;内控性和机遇对乐观具有预测作用,内控性、有势力的他人和机遇对自我和谐有预测作用。结论:大学生的心理控制源能显著地预测乐观和自我和谐。  相似文献

该研究以一所综合类大学的305名大学生为被试, 采用问卷法考察了大学生主动性人格、职业决策自我效能感与职业生涯探索的关系。结果表明:(1)大学生的主动性人格与职业决策自我效能感、职业生涯探索的各维度呈显著正相关;(2)大学生的主动性人格显著正向预测其职业生涯探索;(3)职业决策自我效能感在主动性人格对职业生涯探索的影响中起中介作用。其中, 自我评价、制定计划在主动性人格与环境探索的关系间起完全中介作用;自我评价、收集信息和选择目标在主动性人格与自我探索的关系间起完全中介作用;自我评价和收集信息在主动性人格与目的探索的关系间起部分中介作用;自我评价和制定计划在主动性人格与信息探索的关系间起部分中介的作用。  相似文献

以 2 55名初中二年级学生为被试 ,采用验证性因素分析和多元回归方法对教师期望、自我价值感及自我效能的关系进行研究。结果表明 :(1 )人口统计学变量 (性别和班别 )对教师期望、自我价值感及自我效能有影响。 (2 )教师期望与自我价值感和自我效能相关显著 :积极效应与自我价值感及自我效能的各维度呈显著正相关 ,消极效应与自我价值感及自我效能各维度呈显著负相关。 (3 )在控制了人口统计学变量后 ,教师期望与自我价值感仍对自我效能各维度具有较强的预测作用。 (4)自我价值感在教师期望对自我效能各维度的影响上起到了中介作用  相似文献

Studies of social judgment found that the way bicultural individuals respond to cultural cues depends on their cultural identity structure. Biculturals differ in the degree to which they represent their two cultural identities as integrated (vs. nonintegrated), which is assessed as high (vs. low) bicultural identity integration (BII), respectively. High BII individuals assimilate to cultural cues, yet low BII individuals contrast to these cues. The current studies reveal that this dynamic extends to consumer behavior and elucidate the underlying psychological mechanism. We found that high (low) BII individuals exhibit assimilation (contrast) responses to cultural cues in consumer information‐seeking and choice. Furthermore, the pattern occurs with both subliminal (study 1) and supraliminal (study 2) cultural primes, and is mediated by the experience of identity exclusion threat (study 2). Results suggest that the interactive effect of BII and cultural cues arises from nonconscious defense against the exclusion of a cultural identity. Implications for self‐protective processes, automatic behavior, and marketing are discussed.  相似文献

This paper presents recent work examining the meaning and impact of individual variations in the way bicultural individuals organize their two cultural identities, a construct that we call Bicultural Identity Integration (BII). While biculturals high on BII describe their two cultural identities as ‘compatible’ (fluid and complementary), biculturals low on BII experience them as largely ‘oppositional’ (i.e., conflicting and disparate). We first report experimental evidence for how variations in BII moderate biculturals’ socio-cognitive behavior, specifically, the way in which bicultural individuals process cultural knowledge and use it to interpret social behavior. We then report structural equation modeling findings that elucidate some important personality, contextual, and performance predictors of BII. Finally, we conclude with a brief discussion of how the study of bicultural identities provides an ideal ground for the integration of cultural and personality psychology.  相似文献

Increasingly, individuals identify with two or more cultures. Prior research has found the degree to which individuals chronically integrate these identities (bicultural identity integration; BII) moderates responses to cultural cues: High BII individuals assimilate (adopting biases that are congruent with norms of the cued culture), whereas low BII individuals contrast (adopting biases that are incongruent with these norms). The authors propose BII can also be a psychological state and modulated by shifts in processing styles. In four experiments, the authors induced a global or local processing style using physical posture (Experiment 1) and cognitive manipulations (Experiments 2-4) and found that BII is enhanced in contexts facilitating a more global processing style (i.e., smiling, high-level construal, and similarity focus). The authors also found that contrastive responses to cultural cues are diminished when BII is situationally enhanced. Implications for research on processing style, identity integration, and performance in culture-based situations are discussed.  相似文献

Bicultural individuals vary in the degree to which their two cultural identities are integrated versus conflicting—Bicultural Identity Integration (BII). Past research on attribution biases finds that BII influences the way that biculturals shift in response to cultural primes: integrated biculturals shift assimilatively, whereas conflicted biculturals shift contrastively. Proposing that this reflects assimilation versus reactance responses, we tested whether it extends to shifts in self-perceived personality. In two experiments with Asian-American participants, we found that BII influences the direction of cultural priming effects (assimilation versus contrast) on the personality dimensions of need for uniqueness (Experiment 1) and extraversion (Experiment 2). As hypothesized, high BIIs shifted in a culturally assimilative direction, perceiving the self as more uniqueness-seeking and extraverted following American versus Asian priming, whereas low BIIs shifted in the reverse direction. Implications for research on bicultural identity, priming, personality, organizational and consumer behavior are discussed.  相似文献

The present study examines the underresearched topic of bicultural identity; specifically, we: (1) unpack the construct of Bicultural Identity Integration (BII), or the degree to which a bicultural individual perceives his/her two cultural identities as "compatible" versus "oppositional," and (2) identify the personality (Big Five) and acculturation (acculturation stress, acculturation attitudes, bicultural competence) predictors of BII. Differences in BII, acculturation stress, and bicultural competence were measured with new instruments developed for the purposes of the study. Using a sample of Chinese American biculturals, we found that variations in BII do not define a uniform phenomenon, as commonly implied in the literature, but instead encompass two separate independent constructs: perceptions of distance (vs. overlap) and perceptions of conflict (vs. harmony) between one's two cultural identities or orientations. Results also indicated that cultural conflict and cultural distance have distinct personality, acculturation, and sociodemographic antecedents.  相似文献

The process of globalisation has increased the opportunity for Chinese individuals to utilise influences from other cultures that differ from their own collectivistic culture. The explorations of the impact of acculturation on Chinese individuals' self‐construals have become intriguing. Thus, we recruited German‐Chinese (N = 192) people who live in Germany and had direct bicultural experiences, as well as Mainland‐Chinese (N = 192) people who live in Mainland China and had internalised a second culture through more indirect means of exposure. We investigated their accessibility to both interdependent and independent cultural frameworks using temporal self‐construal priming. The results showed that priming effects were observed in both cultural groups. However, the self‐construals of the German‐Chinese participants were more flexible than those of Mainland‐Chinese under self‐construal priming. Also, the results suggested that women were easier to be influenced by direct bicultural experiences, due to their private and collective self were different between the two cultures. These findings provide evidence regarding the opinion that individuals could use influences from more than one culture. More importantly, these results suggest that the acculturation induced by direct bicultural experiences facilitates cultural frame switching.  相似文献

This article evaluates the psychological processes, discursive practices, and sociopolitical mechanisms underlying the identity reconstruction of Muslim immigrant women in the United States and the Netherlands. Specifically, it focuses on the ways in which Muslim immigrant women who are embedded in both Islamic and Western cultures negotiate their traditional and modern identities and self‐representations and construct a coherent self‐narrative about their bicultural existence as “Western‐Muslim.” The qualitative evidence presented here expands existing theoretical and empirical discussions on biculturalism and acculturation by demonstrating the ways in which contextual factors define the negotiation repertoire that is available to bicultural individuals. The findings of this article also call into question some of the earlier findings on cultural conflict hypothesis, because it shows that successful negotiation of bicultural identities depends not so much on whether the individual perceives these identities and cultures to be compatible with each other, but rather on the availability of a coherent self‐narrative of belonging to both cultural worlds.  相似文献

在压力反应一般模式、应对交互作用模式、生态系统理论、风险缓冲模型和压力缓冲假说模型基础上构建了一个有调节的中介模型,探讨了压力、应对方式、文化智力和汉区高校少数民族大学生学校适应之间关系。采用了压力量表、应对方式问卷、文化智力量表和学校适应问卷对779名汉区高校少数民族大学生进行调查,结果显示:(1)压力影响汉区高校少数民族大学生学校适应;(2)应对方式部分中介了压力与汉区高校少数民族大学生学校适应间的关系;(3)文化智力调节了压力通过应对方式影响汉区高校少数民族大学生学校适应这一中介过程的前半路径和直接路径。研究结论对提高汉区高校少数民族大学生学校适应有重要的参考价值。  相似文献

文化与跨文化心理学的研究兴趣已经从关注文化差异转移到文化与心理如何相互影响。基于动态建构主义取向的文化框架转换(cultural frame switch,CFS)模型认为:个体完全可以同时拥有两种及其以上的文化构念网络,它们具有动态性,受情境线索所驱动,个体可以在不同文化之间根据情境需要进行文化框架的转换。CFS受到个体的种族内隐观和双文化认同整合的影响;CFS所积累的多元文化经验可以提高创造性和认知复杂性,也可能产生文化刻板化,导致对外来文化的排斥。未来研究可以探讨CFS的适用范围,进一步细化研究,考察主流群体成员的CFS,重视整合视角的研究,运用多元研究方法。借鉴该领域的研究思路对于考察我国的少数民族等多元文化个体的文化认同和文化适应具有重要启示。  相似文献
